Ideally, mentoring is a life long relationship in which the mentor helps the protégé realize her / his God given potential. (Definition is from my book MENTORING – click here for details)

I wish I could be one of your personal mentors in life ... I want to see you win as a Christian leader! Reality however tells me that the 100 personal proteges I now have is the outer limit of my available time.
